First in Last Out - Readers Review
9:08am Tuesday 1st April 2008
A lovely setting next to the river with a pets corner and kiddies adventure play area i couldnt have asked for anything more to keep the kids entertained whilst we chilled on the decked area of this lovely garden. The food was good value for money and served quite quickly as the pub overall was very busy. This wont be our last visit to this pub on our sunday days out.

Cricketers Arms in EastleighCricketers Arms in Eastleigh
3:26pm Fri 7 Mar 08
IT's come a long way since it was known as Yew Tree Farm. That was in 1845 and it was converted into the first pub in the area with John Cox as the landlord. The Cricketers Arms in Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh expanded when neighbouring cottages were knocked together and became part of today's eating area.
