Let’s get fit and dance
IT is never too late to get fit according to Leonie Campbell, community dance artist at The Point in Eastleigh, who is introducing a series of dance and movement classes, designed for the over 50s, but with a particular welcome for the over 70s.
The classes will run every Tuesday for 10 weeks from next week at Bursledon Community Centre, Hamble Memorial Hall and Hound Parish Hall in Netley and are completely free of charge.
Each session will be tailored to the participants, with introductions to various dance styles, for example, latin, rock n' roll and line dancing.
