Curtain Call Awards
Best Supporting Actor in a Drama
The nominations are as follows:
Lewis Bailey. The Rev Paris in The Crucible, One Off Productions. Particularly excellent.
Matthew Ellison. Jack in Dancing at Lughnasa by RAODS. Created a strange mix of forgetfulness and obsession. Very well done.
Mike Rich. Charlie Shorrocks in Albert Make Us Laugh by Swanmore Amateur Dramatic Society. As the class bully, chillingly accurate with plenty of well observed comedy.
Albie Minns. Accrington Pals by Maskers Theatre. A ruthlessly paternal comedy sergeant major.
Adam Taussik in Pride and Prejudice by Maskers Theatre. A fawning, cringe-worthy characterisation, perfect of the role.
