The Beat Goes On

FOLLOWING the success of The Music Man in November, the Waterside Musical Society has been working hard on their new show, The Beat Goes On, a concert of popular songs from and inspired by the Beatles' era.

Musical director Dawn Hall has chosen a beautiful selection of songs arranged for choral presentation.

Some of the programme has been adapted and musically arranged by talented local musician Steven Christie who will be the pianist for the concerts.

There will be two performances at Hanger Farm Theatre, Totton at 7.30 pm tonight and tomorrow .

There will also be a performance at St Andrews Centre, Dibden Purlieu on Friday April 4.

n Tickets are £6 for adults and £5 for concessions. Box office: 023 8084 9708.
