Daisy Pulls It Off

JOLLY hockey sticks! Waterside Theatre Company's next production, the comedy Daisy Pulls It Off, is an affectionate parody of life in an English boarding school for girls in a bygone era.

The plucky heroine Daisy Meredith, an elementary school girl, wins a scholarship to Grangewood School for Young Ladies. However, she is soon forced to face snobbish prejudice from her jealous schoolgirl rivals, Sybil Burlington and Monica Smithers.

Despite their attempts to have her expelled, Daisy, along with her newly found best chum Trixie Martin, is determined to find the missing treasure and save the school from financial ruin.

Daisy Pulls It Off is being performed at the Waterside Theatre in Holbury from Thursday, May 15 to Saturday, May 17.

Tickets are priced £7.50 (£6 concessions) and are available now by calling 023 8084 1533 or on the door at the theatre during the run of the play.
